Our mobile and Internet penetration has to increase further, resulting in a new era in enterprise mobility. The big trend in telecom along with IT is virtualisation, which is most commonly seen in cloud computing. Telecommunication industry covers everything from voice calls, texting, email, to images and video streaming.

The rising growth of this field comes with the demand of skilled employees to facilitate this growth in the best possible manner. There is a huge gap between the demand & supply which can be reduced by giving better soft skills and computer usage training to all functional areas and job roles.
